Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in the request being declined and the Account being placed under review.
3.3 Underage Gambling. If jstar888 determines at any time that a Player is under 21 years of age, jstar888 will immediately suspend the Account, void all gameplay conducted during the underage period, withhold all winnings arising from that gameplay, and return the net deposits made by the underage player.
4.1 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the jstar888 Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances held therein.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and keep it updated throughout the lifetime of your Account. jstar888 shall not be liable for consequences arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate Account information.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. Notify jstar888 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4.4 Account for Personal Use Only. Accounts must be used solely by the registered Account holder for personal entertainment. Use of an Account on behalf of a third party, for commercial gain, or in the operation of any staking service is prohibited.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jstar888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in MYR. jstar888 does not accept cash deposits or cheque payments.
5.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit is RM 20. The minimum withdrawal is RM 30. These thresholds may be updated periodically and will be reflected on the cashier page at the time of transaction.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to Touch n Go eWallet and Boost are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank are typically completed within 1–3 business hours. jstar888 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by payment processors, banking institutions, or third-party payment gateways.
5.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the Player.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on the jstar888 Platform are conducted in MYR. Any currency conversion fees charged by the Player's bank or payment provider in connection with transactions on jstar888 are the sole responsibility of the Player.
6.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by jstar888 are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before the Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Withdrawing a real-money Balance while Bonus Funds are active may result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings, as specified in the promotion terms.
6.3 Abuse. jstar888 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from bonuses where it determines that bonus abuse has occurred. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, wagering on both sides of a market with Bonus Funds, or placing bets at artificially low risk to meet wagering requirements (e.g., betting on opposite outcomes across markets).
6.4 jstar888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.
7.1 All wagers placed on the jstar888 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market. These rules are accessible within the game interface or Sportsbook rules section and form part of these Terms by reference.
7.2 Finality of Results. Game and betting results on jstar888 are final once confirmed by the Platform. jstar888 will not reverse settled bets except where a verified technical error occurred that directly affected the result. All credible complaints regarding result accuracy must be submitted to jstar888 support within 48 hours of the result being settled.
7.3 Maximum Winnings. jstar888 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per game, per day, or per event. Where such limits apply, they will be displayed within the relevant game or market. Winnings exceeding applicable limits may be capped without further obligation to the Player beyond the stated limit.
7.4 Errors and System Malfunctions. In the event of a manifest error in odds, game logic, or payout calculation, jstar888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. Winnings derived from manifest errors are not payable.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jstar888 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and legal action:

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of jstar888.
9.2 Game software and content is licensed to jstar888 by third-party providers. The intellectual property rights of all third-party game providers remain vested in those providers. Player use of games is subject to the licence granted by jstar888 for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.
10.1 The jstar888 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jstar888 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 jstar888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if jstar888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 jstar888's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 jstar888 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or regulatory interventions.
11.1 jstar888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and to use the self-exclusion facility if they feel their gambling is becoming problematic. 11.2 Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and will remain in effect for the period chosen by the Player (minimum 6 months). 12.2 Where an Account is closed for cause, jstar888 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is substantiated, the Balance (net of any voidable Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
12.3 By the Player. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting jstar888 support. Any remaining Balance will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method before closure is completed. Accounts with active Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements may have those Bonus Funds forfeited upon voluntary closure.
